Simon Desmarchelier, alongside wife Renee, are the proprietors of 95 Mary Street in leafy East Toowoomba.
With a flair for the aesthetic Simon brings together top quality local producers and artists providing a truly unique venue. Simon combines his fine art background with his love of well prepared food to produce a venue where you can enjoy delicacies such as beetroot cured salmon and handmade biscotti while sipping Botero coffee and enjoying original fine art pieces.
Extensive catering experience over twenty-five years for VIP clients, celebrities and dignitaries, private and corporate means Simon can deliver exceptional dining events for any occasion. Simon is available for at-home private chef experiences or can provide in-venue functions.
